We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Senior Program Integrity Analyst who will possess:
- Current Wisconsin license as a Registered Nurse
- Four years varied clinical nursing experience
- Two years in a managed care setting
- Two years utilization review, quality management or case management experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, document and develop potential fraud and abuse cases of a complex nature against medical providers, billing agencies and beneficiaries in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD) Regulations, TRICARE Policy and Operations requirements as well as the Prime Contractors corporate policies

Critical Competencies:
- Ability to learn and apply governing TRICARE regulations, policies and procedures
- Familiarity with fraud and abuse processes and activities, and statistical analysis processes
- Ability to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of health care
- Strong analytical, research, investigative, and interpersonal skills

Inpatient Services Nurse Manager
Langlade Hospital

Responsible and accountable for overall patient care and management of the Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care, Birthing Center and Swing Bed Units. Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates nursing care in accordance with professional standards of nursing care and practice, including regulatory requirements, ANA standards and hospital policy.

Applicant must be a registered nurse from a school of professional nursing with current
licensure in the State of Wisconsin. BSN or equivalent required within three-five years of
position acceptance. Minimum of three to five years as a staff nurse, with three years of
medical/surgical nursing and/or critical care nursing. Experience with obstetric nursing
preferred. Nursing leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred or evidence of
demonstrated leadership/supervisory ability. BLS certification required and pertinent
specialty nursing certification suggested.

Must be able to exercise independent and sound judgment and demonstration of appropriate critical thinking skills for decision making. Demonstrated ability to be patient focused/centered and to develop departmental and programmatic plans in accordance with this philosophy and with the Hospital mission and values. Effective written and verbal communication skills required. Facilitation skills required to assist in promoting interdisciplinary problem solving, collaboration and teamwork.
